During these uncertain times, Rowcliffes thoughts go out to all who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a family-owned business and take our responsibilities towards the health and well being of our teams, our customers and our wider community very seriously.
We would like to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to follow the guidance given by the Government and the World Health Organisation at this time.
Our dealerships work to the highest level of hygiene and we are also following Government guidelines on preventative measures and going to extra lengths to sterilise all surfaces and customer touch points on a regular basis, throughout the day. This includes our courtesy cars you may need to use, test drive vehicles and your car whilst it is in with us.
Due to the unfolding situation we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our showrooms, but will maintain our service departments to support our customers through this very difficult time, with the necessary distancing measures in place.
While we are closing our showroom doors, we are still here if you need us online at www.Rowcliffes.co.uk, via chat, or over the Phone. So whether you have an MOT or service booked with us, have placed an order and are awaiting delivery of a new vehicle, or if you have an enquiry on a vehicle in our stock we will do whatever possible to support you and keep you informed every step of the way.
Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 escalation we have taken the difficult decision to temporarily close our Bridgwater operation and transfer all Service/Parts/MOT enquiries and bookings to our Taunton or Street branches.
